Vista North West and Consumer Duty

On 31 July 2023, new Consumer Duty rules came into play in the UK, but what is it exactly and what does it mean for our customers at Vista North West?

Putting out customers first and giving them the best possible service we can have always been important values to us. The new duty requires us to deliver good outcomes for retail customers across four key actions.

Dan Stockley, Managing Director of Vista North West said: “We’ve always focused on best practice and worked hard to ensure we treat all customers fairly. Dan goes on to say: “We strongly believe that delivering our Consumer Duty is achieved through the quality of our staff, which is why we continue to invest in their training, development and well-being so that it reflects in their service to our customers. We will also keep a track of our customers satisfaction levels through regular check-ups and surveys so that we can keep on top of Consumer Duty at all times."
